Shipping Policy

We want your Beauty Sleep ritual to arrive as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping options, timeframes, and costs.

Australian Orders

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $60 AUD. Orders under $60 AUD incur a flat $6.95 shipping fee.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days. Express shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fee calculated at checkout).

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are typically dispatched the same day.

International Shipping

We ship to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and Singapore. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

New Zealand: 5–10 business days. United Kingdom, United States, Canada: 10–14 business days. Singapore: 7–12 business days.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel through our carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will work with our carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at your cost.
