“I always sleep with my mouth open! As A Dental Professional I know this is very bad for my teeth as we need our Saliva to protect our teeth during sleep. When you have Dry mouth you are not susceptible to dental decay. And the uncomfortable feeling of waking up every morning so Dry/ parched you need water immediately. I have used several types of mouth tape including just plain medical tape! But it hurts taking it off! When I read about these I had to try them! I absolutely can tell you they are the Best out there. They are comfy and have a tiny hole in middle if you do need to take a drink from a straw in middle of night. Since I have been using these the past few months I no longer wake up with my tongue sticking to the roof of my mouth!! Miserable!! These are comfy and peel off ver easy and leave no irritation. If you have not tried sleep taping yet as weird or scary it may sound it has made a huge difference in how I sleep at night! And I have my Husband using them too❤️He Really notices he doesn’t snore anymore!! I just laugh at his big pink lips but we both go to bed each night wearing these! Highly recommend! “I have never had an issue with nasal breathing, I taught myself how to deep belly breathe years ago to help with panic attacks and it is my natural way of breathing normally. But just in last year, my mouth has started dropping open during sleep and this caused snoring and snorting which would wake me up. I would drop off to sleep again, but wake myself up again, hearing my snoring. I also would wake with a very dry mouth. Sometimes I would wake in the middle of the night with a huge cough, due to saliva going down back of my throat. All this waking left me feeling exhausted and I would have to have a daytime nap. It took me about 5 days to feel completely settled with the tape and now I can't do without it, it feels like a little "security blanket" for my better, restorative sleep. I am sleeping 5 to 6 hours straight, sometimes more and the energy I have during the day is amazing. I can't wear my lip balm to bed, but as soon as I remove tape in the morning, I apply it and my lips have not suffered.”

“Beauty Sleep claims this product is gentle to remove, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Removing the tape feels like the skin on and around my lips is being pulled off with it. I’ve tried multiple methods, and there is simply no way to remove it gently. It’s painful. I also noticed no improvement in my sleep. My sleep quality has remained the same, and I’m not waking up feeling refreshed. communication from Beauty Sleep was initially nonexistent. I emailed them on January 18th regarding the “order now” free gifts that were not included, as well as the pain caused by removing the tape, and I did not receive a response at the time. However, after leaving my review, the Beauty Sleep customer service team reached out promptly, communicated clearly, and worked with me to resolve the issue. I appreciate how seriously they took my feedback and the effort they made to make things right. While the initial experience was disappointing, the follow-up customer service and resolution were very good and restored some confidence in the brand.”

“While the science behind mouth-taping isn't conclusive, I decided to give it a whirl. I'm a third-generation snorer (REALLY loud), and hoped taping would give my husband some peace at night. Turns out, I still snore with the tape (haha) but not nearly as loudly, and I don't wake myself up with it anymore. So, for that it's totally worth it. And I think I really sleep better with it on, as well, and don't wake up with a sore, dry throat anymore. I have to admit the dreams were really weird the first few nights (lots of dreams about being stuck, trapped, etc.) but I think I'm used to it after a week or so. I will buy them again, for sure.”
