30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund.
To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. You do not need to return the product — we trust you.
Eligibility
All products are eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee, including opened items. We do not require products to be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid with Afterpay or Zip, the refund will be applied to your instalment plan.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, with express shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of your request being approved. Once processed, funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange products for a different variant or product of equal value. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Subscribe & Save Orders
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all Subscribe & Save orders. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
